If you have to manage too many tasks and this is stressing you out and causing you to be unproductive, then you need a helping hand from the guru – the Task List Guru software to be more precise. Thanks to this application you can easily create to-dos, memos, and lists, you can set up reminders for important tasks, you can neatly organize your tasks, and you can even turn tasks into virtual sticky notes that you can place anywhere on the screen.

Task List Guru provides support for 32- and 64-bit Windows editions. That’s any edition from Windows XP onward. To get Task List Guru up and running on a Windows PC you must download an installer, run the downloaded installer, and then click through the instructions presented by a setup wizard.

The first time you run Task List Guru, a Quick Start Guide shows up and quickly presents the main things you need to know about Task List Guru. It presents the three main parts of the interface (to-do list tree, task view, notes), it tells you that Task List Guru is ideal for home users and small projects, it mentions the auto-save function, and more.

Thanks to the Quick Start Guide mentioned above, you’ll know how the interface looks like and what it has to offer. Not that dismissing the Quick Start Guide is a problem. Even if you dismiss it, you will quickly figure out the interface. Task List Guru’s interface is intuitive, user friendly, a pleasure to work with. It provides very easy access to all the features and functions Task List Guru has to offer.

Even though it is free software, Task List Guru has lots of features and functions to offer: create to-do lists, memos, lists, sub-to-do lists, sub-memos; create a new task or create multiple tasks; assign priority level, type, due date, reminder, and notes to a task; set the reminder to run at a specific date and time, on the due date, or before the due date; manage priorities and task types; turn tasks into sticky notes that can be placed anywhere on the screen; mark tasks as done; find tasks; print or export tasks.

I find Task List Guru to be an impressive to-do list manager. Anyone who needs help managing tasks is well advised to try this free tool.

Pros

You can quickly install Task List Guru on your Windows PC. Useful information about Task List Guru is presented by a Quick Start Guide.
